We transfer your payment just hours after you’ve accepted our offer, so you don’t need to wait long to see the money in your account. Just how long will depend on which bank you’re with, but as an additional security measure, we won’t collect your car until you’ve received full payment at your end.

Once we’ve completed the inspection, you’ll receive a valuation certificate and then we’ll give you our best offer. So long as there’s no additional damage or significant variation to the vehicle’s condition, our offer will remain valid for up to a few weeks so you can drive it until you arrange for pick up at your convenience.

Although we can tell you it doesn’t happen often, because we guarantee the best price offer you can find here in Australia! That said, some people decide they don’t agree to the valuation or change their mind about selling their car and we understand.

Our valuations are obligation free and are at no cost to you, so if you don’t agree to our offer or decide not to sell, you’ve got nothing to lose!

If your car is still under finance, that’s okay, we’ll still buy it from you! You’ll just need to provide us with an official payout letter from your loan provider which shows us the amount owing on your car. If you choose to sell your car to us, we’ll pay your financier the outstanding total and you’ll receive the remaining amount. We can also help you with refinancing your loan, should the amount you owe be greater than the value of the car.

If your car has clocked less than 180,000 kilometres, was produced after 2002, and doesn’t meet any of the above criteria, you can be confident we’ll buy your car from you.
